Mini Select-D TE, G-25 Spin Columns for Nucleic Acid Purification and Desalting
The Mini Select-D TE, G-25 microcentrifuge spin columns are designed for fast and reliable purification of nucleic acids from small-volume labeling reactions. With up to 90% retention of unincorporated nucleoside triphosphates (NTPs), these columns ensure efficient removal of radiolabeled dNTPs in 5’ end-labeling and fill-in reactions utilizing DNA polymerase. The entire operation is completed in under 10 minutes, making it ideal for time-sensitive molecular biology workflows.
Each column is DNase- and RNase-free, supporting high-integrity sample processing for both DNA and RNA applications. They are suitable for desalting, recovering DNA fragments longer than 12 nucleotides, and purifying oligoribonucleotides and RNA from unincorporated ribonucleotides (rNTPs). The columns are preloaded with sterile Sephadex G-25 in TE buffer, and each is supplied with two nuclease-free, autoclavable collection tubes to support clean and reproducible workflows. After a brief centrifugation, purified nucleic acids are recovered without significant volume loss, ensuring high-quality results for downstream applications.
