Dual Slab Vertical System (JVD-80)

The JVD-80 Dual-Slab Vertical Gel System provides rapid, high-resolution electrophoretic analysis of protein and nucleic acid samples. Designed for 16 × 18 cm polyacrylamide gels, the system delivers results in less than 90 minutes and can be configured at 16, 42, or 62 cm to increase resolution by up to 2.5×. Run one or two gels simultaneously with leak-resistant gaskets and notched plates for reliable operation. Durable cast acrylic construction ensures long-lasting performance, while interchangeable combs and spacers provide added flexibility.

 

Single Slab Vertical System (IB62000)

New silicone spacers utilize a one-piece design that prevents leaks while casting gels. The VCV Vertical Electrophoresis System allows rapid analysis of protein and nucleic acid samples in a 22 cm x 18 cm format, utilizing either agarose or polyacrylamide gels. This system also allows analysis to be completed in less than 90 minutes, while still maintaining comparable gel resolution.
