Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) solution is a balanced salt solution that is used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells, transporting cells or tissues, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents. IBI 10X PBS is Free of Magnesium, Calcium, Phenol Red, or Sodium Pyruvate.

IBI 10X PBS is made from Type 1 Nuclease Free and Endotoxin Free, Reagent Grade Water. It is sterile filtered by way of 0.22 micron filtration and aseptically filled into sterile packaging inside our ISO 7 sterile suite. This ensures our customers receive a high quality product every time. Every Lot is tested for sterility and indicated on the C of A.
