AEBSF,Aprotinin,Bestatin,E64,Leupeptin, andEDTA.
Protease Inhibitor Cocktail with EDTA is an easy to use lyophilized powder. To use, add 1ml of ddH2O to the vial and mix gently. The reconstituted protease cocktail should be aliquoted into multiple tubes and frozen. This material can be stored up to two weeks. A 1ml vial of protease cocktail is sufficient for 100 ml of sample buffer.
