Applications for Gebaflex-tubes include:
- Extraction of proteins, RNA, DNA or oligonucleotides (>20nt) from polyacrylamide, agarose or any gel matrix in any running buffer, extration of protein-protein, DNA-protein or RNA-protein complexes
- Dialysis of buffer exchange (50-3000ul)
- Preparation of protein samples for MALDI-MS
- Samples concentration
Gebaflex-tube system is based on a single use tube, single step that defines the next generation technology combining two modes of different action, electro-elution of macromolecules from polyacrylamide or agarose gel and dialysis.
Gebaflex-tubes are available in two sizes: midi size - 800ul or maxi size - 3000ul.
